Merrimack Valley Nutrition Project (MOW) has provided meals for the seniors of the Merrimack Valley for over 35 years. Continuing our focus on the seniors of this area and their needs we now have alternate diets available along with the current regular meal and the meal served with diabetic dessert.
Renal, Heart Healthy, Texture Modifications (Puree, Ground, Cut-Up) are now an option available Monday – Friday for those in need.
